On April 30, 2012 the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that Personhood Oklahoma and the people of of Oklahoma did not have the right to even circulate the Personhood Amendment petition in Oklahoma.
In a one page ruling, the Oklahoma Supreme Court stated that because in its opinion the Oklahoma Personhood Amendment would challenge Casey v. Planned Parenthood it was unconstitutional on its face.
There are few examples of a more blatant judicial tyranny than this, so Personhood Education along with a dozen other pro-life organizations filed an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
